Payment processing
Card and alternative payment methods, routed through acquiring partners chosen to suit the merchant, the market and the risk profile.
What is covered
We arrange and operate payment acceptance on behalf of merchants. That includes authorisation and capture, refunds and reversals, chargeback correspondence, and the day to day exception handling that sits between a gateway and a finance team.
- Major card schemes, with alternative methods added where a market requires them
- Multi-currency acceptance, with the settlement currency agreed in advance
- Hosted checkout, direct API, or connection through a gateway already in place
- Tokenisation for repeat and stored-credential transactions
Routing
Merchants are placed with an acquiring partner appropriate to their sector, geography and history rather than the first one that will take the volume. Where a merchant qualifies for more than one, we hold the relationship with both and route accordingly.
What we ask for
Corporate documents, ownership structure, a description of the goods or services sold, and processing history where it exists. These are the questions an acquirer will ask eventually. Answering them at the start is the difference between an account that survives its first review and one that does not.
